Tom Robinson
After he lost the case I thought nothing else could go wrong. Why couldn't there just be a fair case and not just make Tom guilty because he is black. Then when things couldn't get worse Tom got shot. Why would they do that? I know they say he was trying to escape, but I think someone shot him because they thought he would win the case. Atticus and Tom would have won, but he got shot. I wish he could have lived so that I could see a black man win a court case against a white man.

Hey Jem! Hows it going. I remember that court case where Tom Robinson was found guilty. You were so mad and i was pretty sad about how badly that mean Mr Gilmer treated Tom. If this country didnt care so much about race, Atticus wouldve deffinately won, trust me. Even though im only 7, i know a lot about how racist this country is.
Your Friend, Dill
This blog is very good, I like it a lot. It makes sense and is very true, I agree with it. I do think that they shot Tom Robinson just because they thought he'd win the case. You make a very good point.
