my sister's first days of school

When Scout came home from school she was talking about Walter Cunningham and how he never did anything or took anything from anyone.  I thought that this was really strange because when she was talking about him he was there.  This is really strange because scout doesn't usually act like that.  Why did she have to make fun of him for putting molasses all over his food?  I think that she deserved to be smacked by Calpurnia and I also think she deserved not to be able to eat with us.  Just because he is different and eats his food differently, Scout should not have made fun of him.
